WHO WE ARE
The HEC Women in Leadership club is a cross-sectional social and professional platform for the HEC Paris MBA. The WIL-SPIRATION team aims to enhance this platform to support the professional and personal pursuits of women in the program. We are a team of women and men taking on the challenge of promoting awareness of gender diversity issues in the academic and business world, on campus and beyond.
OUR MISSION
Amplify Our Strengths
To build a community that focuses on amplifying what we already excel at and support the areas of development where we want to continue growing. The WIL team endeavours to provide a safe space to discuss and take action on personal and professional challenges that particularly impact the female-identifying MBA population.

Build Partnerships

Build partnerships with sponsors that are invested in growing the representation of women in leadership positions, professionally and academically.

Challenge Stereotypes

Create opportunities to talk about topics – even the difficult ones – that are relevant for women and allies through MBA and professional experience.

LADIES WHO LAUNCH
The Ladies Who Launch program is a collaboration between the HEC WIL and HEC Entrepreneurship clubs, with an objective to create an equitable and inclusive space for current and aspiring female founders. We aim to connect female entrepreneurs with the resources to pivot, innovate, and grow their businesses.
The HEC WIL magazine is a quarterly publication that features inspirational stories about MBA alumni and students. The digital magazine provides an interesting medium to connect students and allow them to be inspired by each other while touching on other pertinent subjects.
