The HEC WIL Mentorship program provides immense potential for personal and professional development. We partner with our alumni network and partner associations to broaden the network of women around the world and facilitate shared learning experiences. 

You can enroll as a Mentor or a Mentee. You can through your knowledge help shape someone’s career.

You can help build a stronger, more supportive community by enrolling as a mentor and seek advice from experts across target industries.
